ALL COMPETITORS MUST HAVE A SIGNED RELEASE FORM ON FILE TO COMPETE IN THE 2010 JWTC.  THIS RELEASE FORM WILL ALLOW JWTC AND OUR SPONSOR, STORM BOWLING, TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO OF THE EVENTS AND USE THEM IN PROMOTING BOWLING AND OUR FUTURE TOURNAMENTS.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR ENTRY FORM FOR EACH BOWLER -- PLEASE EMAIL STEVE@BOWLJWTC.COM WITH A VALID EMAIL FOR EACH PLAYER OR PLAYER'S PARENT SO THESE CAN BE DISTRIBUTED AND SIGNED.  FOR BOWLERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 -- THE PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST SIGN THE FORM.   ONCE COMPLETED EITHER MAIL FORMS TO JWTC, 3808 S YAKIMA AVE., TACOMA, WA 98418; OR FAX TO (253)830-0139; OR SCAN/EMAIL.  IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THIS IN ADVANCE, THEN BRING THE SIGNED FORMS WITH YOU TO THE TOURNAMENT.  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM NEEDED.

Important change to our age/eligibility rule:  Junior World Team Challenge is open to ALL USBC members (youth and adult)

who have not yet reached their 22nd birthday as of August 1, 2009. 

Current and former PBA (Professional Bowling Association) members are not eligible to enter our events.
