Note:  Reserved spots that are paid without submitting rosters by April 10 may be canceled at tournament director's discretion.  Canceled entries will only receive a 50% refund...with forfeited money added to the 2012 scholarship fund.  Entries/reservations withdrawn or canceled  prior to April 10 will receive a full refund less any credit card processing fees (these are only refundable within 30 days of payment).

Registered bowlers can enter Doubles, Brackets, the Friday Survivor & Thursday Single Sweepers online after Feb. 15th..

Number of entries may be limited to first 60-64 entries -- entries will be accepted in order received and must be accompanied by full payment. 

ENTRY FEE - $500 per team  (add $15 if paying by credit card)

All entries must be postmarked by May 11, 2012 unless sooner filled.

If entries are sent in prior to average cut-off date (April 1, 2012) -

Average verifications must be postmarked or faxed by May 11, 2012

Entries submitted after April 1 should include average verifications by mail or fax within 24 hours of submitting entries.

Mailed entries postmarked on/after April 1 must include average verifications WITH the entry form.

Important information for online or  faxed entries.  Electronic (faxed  or online) entries will only be accepted with immediate payment sent via PayPal on the Internet -  Direct all payments to jwtcinfo@aol.com -- ALL ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A PROCESSING FEE -- $15 PER TEAM OR $3.00 PER INDIVIDUAL.

    Got some of the money, but need to use a credit card for individual bowlers to get your entry turned in?  Use the following button to pay online using bank transfer- ACH or Credit Card for individual entry fees ($100 + 3% processing fee per individual = $103.00 per person).  Be sure to include your TEAM NAME and BOWLER NAME on each payment.

Any entry faxed or completed online without corresponding entry fee sent through PayPal will NOT be processed.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail - showing entry & payment have been accepted.  Print this out when you get it -- it will be the ONLY proof of your electronic entry being received.  Entry forms must be completely filled out and include a contact e-mail address for confirmation purposes.  

NOTE:  The tournament management recommends that bowlers who are under the age of 21 travel to Las Vegas with a parent or adult chaperone.
